Stan values the rural setting of his home southwest of Santa Fe and has cared for a variety of animals from horses to honeybees. He currently manages five beehives and enjoys sharing his annual honey harvest with friends and neighbors. Exploring the great rivers of the West with a fly rod or playing tennis also place high on Stan’s quality of life list. Hanging out with his family, especially his grandchildren Devina and Isaiah, occupies the #1 spot on that list. He appreciates contemporary art and design, as well as the ‘farm tech’ style of his 3 acre property in La Cieneguilla where two 1936 John Deere tractors are permanently parked and an Aeromotor windmill is almost always turning.
